dyeing: spinning offers yarns ranging from the coarsest Nm 1S/1 to 10os/1, along with
special yarns such as looped yarn, bamboo rib yarn, large belly yarn, and core yarn;
weaving operations employ dozens of knitting looms,including single-faced large round
looms,double-faced large round looms,computerized jacquard large round looms,and
computerized double-faced large round looms, capable of producing yarns with stitch
counts ranging from 3 to 36; in the finishing stage,over ten processes including boiling.
brushing, shrinkage,ironing, setting,and steam treatment impart unique textures and
properties to the fabric.
